Publication Ethics

Ethics Policy

JISEAT is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics for all submissions.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all researchers who submit manuscripts to JISEAT, all users of the JISEAT platform, and all peer reviewers, editorial board members, and third parties engaged in the publication process.

2. Originality & Plagiarism

All submitted manuscripts must represent original, unpublished work. Submissions must not be under simultaneous consideration at any other journal. All manuscripts are screened using industry-standard plagiarism detection tools with a strict 10% similarity threshold.

3. Authorship

Authorship should be limited to individuals who have made a substantive intellectual contribution to the research. Gift authorship and ghost authorship are considered serious violations and will result in immediate rejection or retraction.

4. Data Integrity

Authors are expected to accurately represent their research data. Fabrication, falsification, and selective omission of inconvenient results are considered research misconduct.

5. Peer Review

JISEAT employs a double-blind peer review process. Reviewer identities are not disclosed to authors. Manuscripts under review are confidential documents and must not be shared or discussed.

6. Conflicts of Interest

Authors, reviewers, and editors must disclose any financial, institutional, or personal relationships that could influence the research or its evaluation.

7. Post-Publication

JISEAT maintains documented procedures for post-publication corrections, retractions, and expressions of concern. Authors may report errors to editor@jiseat.com.
